The Career Analysis Organization of America (CAOA) provides comprehensive S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) co-curricular career exploration programs designed to engage and prepare students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
CAOA supports schools and students by expanding current Career and Technical Education (CTE), work-based learning, skilled trades exploration, job shadowing, internships, and project-based learning opportunities. These initiatives are designed to connect academic learning with real-world career experiences, helping students identify their interests, develop essential skills, and make informed decisions about their educational and career pathways.
Through strong partnerships with schools, businesses, community organizations, and policymakers, CAOA is committed to advancing meaningful career readiness and workforce development. Our goal is to create learning experiences that work for students, strengthen secondary and postsecondary education, meet the evolving needs of industry, and contribute to the long-term success and vitality of America’s workforce.

By signing up, students gain access to assessments, job search guidance, resume support, and professional development resources to help them make informed career decisions and achieve their goals.
Beyond CCD
BEYOND CCD provides an intentional pathway for continued engagement, mentorship, and guidance, helping teens carry the foundation they received through CCD into the challenges and decisions they face during adolescence.
